- Should have experience in end-to-end sales life cycle

- Should be self-motivator and good in proposal presentation.

- Should have experience in lead generation and lead qualification.

- Should have technical knowledge of solutions or applications.

- Should be go getter attitude and be optimistic.

- Should have good negotiation skills along decision making skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's overall business goals.

- Set clear and achievable sales goals for the team and individual team members.

- Recruit, interview, and hire top-performing sales representatives.

- Motivate and coach your team to achieve their full potential.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team members.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies.

- Manage customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and product development.
