Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales IT Manager to lead our Sales team and build strategic alliances, manage accounts, and develop new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Executives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering results in line with our growth targets. This role will require strong recruiting and staffing skills to ensure that the Sales team is staffed with top-performing professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a high-performing Sales team, setting clear targets and objectives, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources to succeed.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strategic alliances, and managing key accounts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product Development, to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and improve customer engagement.

- Develop and implement a staffing plan to ensure that the Sales team is staffed with top-performing professionals, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members as needed.

- Manage the Sales teams performance, including monitoring progress against targets, providing coaching and feedback, and taking corrective action as needed.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and promote our products and services.

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience, including experience working for a software services/consulting company with a large employee base.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.

- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including identifying new business

opportunities and managing key accounts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.

- Experience in recruiting and staffing, with the ability to identify, attract, and hire top-performing professionals.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
