Job Summary:

Our sales team is the engine that drives our global consumer reach in packaging solutions and services and pitching across. We are seeking a seasoned sales manager with an IT services & solutions company sales background to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales and business development executives. The person needs to be a strong individual contributor. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals for customized application selling both for web and mobile and for outsourced product engineering. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a mature and sharp mind and the ability to meet high-performance standards.

Job Details:

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

- Generate target audience campaign lists with right party contact

- Reach potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them

- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly

- Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge:

- Experience to represent a company, with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings

- Ability to research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

- Experience to hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

Primary Skills:

- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

- Absolutely Conversant with bidding platforms like Clutch and UpWork

- Have Driven Email Campaigns and is conversant with email campaign platforms like MailChimp

- Proven ability to scrap or create a database of the target audience

- Very strong presentation skills

- Linkedin activities for sales

- Excellent skills over PPT and Documentation

Secondary Skills

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Creating Marketing Collaterals

- System design thinking

- Negotiation skills

Abilities & Qualification

- MBA/BTech

- 7+ years in sales management within a corporate setting

- Should in the previous roles have the clear experience to achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

- Proven success rate at levels above quota
