Job Description :
- Convert opportunities an incoming leads to customers on a consistent basis achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand customer needs and creating a compelling value propositions
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
- Work as a Business Partner for initiatives on the Marketing front.
- Have in depth knowledge about EmployWise, its products and its competitors. Make effort and improve customer knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets, define strategy and follow the strategy punctually.
- Understand all EmployWise offerings and offer to each client based on fact and proven solutions.;
- Drive and direct and channel sales, sell directly or through partner organizations to the end users
- Interface with Business SPOCs, understand requirements and constraints, propose solution after a scope and technical discussion.
- Give product demos and offer deliverables to clients, keeping a tab of intelligent integration of the product with requisites of the client.
- Contribute in creating marketing collaterals, research to develop compelling points of view, white papers and articles.
- Identify prospects and establish new customer accounts by cold calling and following up on warm leads;
- Ability to interact, converse and ideate with CTOs, CEOs, VPs and IT Directors
- Proactively call & email prospects and customers in your account set to establish and grow relationships as well as develop strategies to acquire net new business.
Skills and Abilities :
- MBA and preferably also an engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute
- 5+ years of experience of selling high ticket value based software solutions
- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven
- Understands buying process cycle of Customer
- Capability to establish relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and the ability to interact and work effectively across all levels of the customer organization.
