Description
Reporting to the Associate Director- South India, this position will essentially be responsible for the below:
- Manage the sales of products and/or services to across AP / Telangana region, primary focus being Hyderabad.
- Develop and maintain business relationships at the customer's headquarters/executive level
- Drive and manage sales pipelines for gold, silver and new potential accounts
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organisation's business- executing contracts, account and brand forecasting
- Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and takes the lead in analysing information and prioritising opportunities critical to the accounts
- This role is an individual contributor role and as business grows, you will build a team for yourself
Profile
You will be an Enterprise sales person with ideally 7-10 years of work experience of working with enterprise/ corporate accounts, ideally in Building Material/ Consumer Durable (B2B) Industry. From a skill set and personality perspective, we need someone who understands solution selling, has been selling premium products, is self- motivated, outgoing and has the drive to run this territory independently at this middle management position.
