Sales Manager - Insurance Outsourcing Services
- Ability to generate qualified leads/new business opportunities into existing accounts and new accounts.
- Responsible for the account management with focus on revenue growth
- Generate potential opportunities in new vertical
- Ability to close large business and track record of achieving the annual revenue targets
- Insurance Domain understanding with acumen of the outsourcing business into Insurance including Life, General and Health
- Understanding of the outsourcing activities into Back-office operations, Call centre services, managed services etc. Knowledge of Insurance Repository services will be an advantage
- Experience in handling RFPs and Tenders.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and follow consultative selling approach
- Ability to understand customer requirements, pain areas and suggest possible solution
- Knowledge of designing proposal and solution approach to contribute for preparation of the client solution
- Strong understanding of the competition, market best practices etc.
- Candidate should have good presentation skills
- Hands on experience into MS office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Understanding of CRM solution will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in the individual contributor role
- Basic understanding of the tools and technologies used in Insurance vertical
