Manager - Sales - Insurance Broking

Company : A leading Financial Services player is recruiting for its Insurance Broking division

Position : Sales Manager Insurance

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Job Responsibilities :

- Candidate has to drive sales on his own and may be provided leads by the management

- Understand the requirements of the Customer and Deliver Complete Product Information

- After analyzing the portfolio provide them with suitable suggestions

- Prepare placement slips and send it to the placement manager for quotes

- Prepare comparative quotes and send it to the customer

- Ensure timely and error free submission of the policy to the customer

- Ensure claims management and settlement in coordination with claims team

- Manage the relationship with customers to ensure persistency & renewals

- Ensure adherence to all sales systems, operational, underwriting, compliance guidelines, & regulation of the insurance company

- Report and highlight any violation of sales, compliance, HR guidelines to superiors
