Description - The candidate will be responsible for driving the sales in the region and new business development and will be focusing on the infrastructure and the B2G vertical.

Our client is one of the leading European MNC specializing the security solution vertical.
Description :
- Handling Public & Commercial Building, Metros, Industrial & high risk sites, embassies etc for entrance control and perimeter solution in South India
- Training initiatives that uplift Integrated Security market, while enhancing the brands local relevance in areas of possible security threat and solution available
- Handle key projects activities - Techno-Commercial Negotiation, Order Booking, Project Management, Networking with key Stake Holders
- Map all the key consultants, System Integrators and channel partners
- Initiate and execute key activities for local tripods sales in north
Profile :
- Ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders, from Secretary, Head of the Department, Security Officer to operational and technical staff.
- Strong listening skill and ability to drive and lead initiatives, and / or participate as a team member.
- Ability to manage own time and deliverable, but also open to incorporating constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in complexity, Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, Fast learner, able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Hands-on field experience, working directly with customers on evolving business models and the application of people, process and technology
