- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering from a reputed university with around 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in Sales & Proposals for Spares & services for large/heavy engineering & manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Machining Process & Estimation of costs of Heavy Machineries will be added advantage
- Will report to VP sales & marketing
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Sales & Proposals, Estimation of costs, SAP, Commercial negotiation skill, techno- commercial proposals, customer relationship, Networking
Position Descriptio:
1. Job Purpose & Key Result Area
- Achieving sales targets
- Generating enquiries and converting into Orders through effective networking with customers.
- Effectively handling Order to Cash
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying sales opportunities and generate new business of spares and revamping projects.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Participate in techno-commercial discussion with client.
- Negotiation & finalization of the orders.
- Maintain Cash Flow
- Maintain healthy customer relationship.
- Effective closure of projects
- Strong payment follow up with customer.
- Preparing of cost estimation for Spares & revamping projects.
