Sales Manager - ICT/FinTech/Wealth Management/Retail Banking  Location: Dubai, UAE  Reporting: Co-Founders/COO  No. of direct reports: 0  Job Type: Full Time  Our client is a FinTech start-up business are at a helm of growing with a dynamic organization culture, they are looking for an individual with passion and energy to support Sales & Marketing aspects of the business. In this role, you will approach and liaise with individuals on behalf of the company to attract and maintain new clients.   - Breaking down zone targets into customer targets at the start of the month  - Developing and implementing growth strategy and achieve sales targets  - Independently handling leads through the sales process, client set up and early transactions. Meeting specific targets at each stage  - Work across internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients, and articulate how company's products and services can best solve the challenges they face  - Maintain understanding of the FX market and broader business/economic landscape to enhance your ability to meet and anticipate client requirements  - Explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues  - Manage sales strategy in collaboration with the COO and Co-Founders; recommend opportunities to improve sales performance  Ideal Candidate:  - University graduate with fluency in English is a must. Arabic language will be a plus.  - At least 3 years- of B2C Sales, Consulting, Business Analysis experience in Banking, Wealth Management or Insurance industry   - High level of initiative and self-motivation.
