Manager - Sales - HVAC/Water Treatment Industry

Role: Sales Manager

Reporting to : National Sales Head

Reportees: Individual Contributor

Experience: 6-10 years experience in HVAC industry or water treatment industry

Location: Delhi/Kolkata/Hyderabad (Telangana)/Visakhapatnam / Vizag

Responsibilities :

- Will be Responsible for the company business and sales to the HVAC market in the assigned regions for all the product range along with commercial management.

- Will Perform Direct Sales to end users & develop key accounts.

- Manage key accounts of the company.

- Work with end users, consultants, EPC companies to create awareness of the superior Technology offered by the company to these markets.

- Strategy & Business Development

- Order & Sales Forecasting

- Market Intelligence, Marketing-Creating Brand awareness & enquiry generation

- Front end Sales, tendering, costing & Estimation

- Commercial Contracts & LC reviewing and negotiating

- Coordination & Support to Logistics, payment collection

- Training back end Sales team with systems & processes

Requirement :

- Willing to travel-across zones

- Good communication skills, outgoing, people person
