We are hiring for a Manager - Sales Hunter for our IT Services client based at Bangalore. Your Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Acquire new customers for the company in our chosen verticals and geographies - Develop and implement key business strategies to drive new customer acquisition - Responsible for order booking, revenue, profits, customer satisfaction - Build relationships with key executives in these accounts Required Skills : - Must have carried and achieved a hunting quota of $1M in IT Services/Products - Experience in relevant domain (Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Pharma, Utilities) - Should have Enterprise selling experience - Worked on IT Services (T&amp;M, FP, SI, Digital) - Must have closed atleast 1 solution deal worth $1M - Must have worked in SAP domain for atleast 3 years Personal Attributes : - Team player who can work with internal and external teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction - Self-starter, high on energy and drive - Excellent written &amp; oral communication skills - Excellent Interpersonal &amp; problem solving abilities - Must be able to operate independently - Ability to lead through ambiguity
