Looking for a strong candidate for in Sales in PeopleStrong team, Bengaluru location.
Job Role :
- Managing High Ticket Customers
- Program Management and mining of existing clients
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in the field of HR services & solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Technology, Staffing, etc.)
- Responsible for the development and retention of clients through effective operation & program management
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- Close coordination with all HODs to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery modules.
- Developing & maintaining good contacts with all CXO level people at customer's end, to strengthen business roots and increase pocket share
- Part of the process improvement team operating through HO for redefining effective and profitable process.
Role Specifications :
Qualification : B.tech/MBA (B.Tech+MBA will be preferred)
- At least 6 -8 years of working experience including minimum last 3 years relevant experience
- Strong business acumen and good project management skills
- Analytical approach with respect to growth potential
- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
- Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the HR industry
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
- Travelling as per business needs.
