Hiring Manager - Sales HR for our retail client to manage and work closely with Sales team across all regions
Pan India Role, reporting to Head HR
CTC : 12 L plus bonus
Extensive Travel - 15-20 days
Experience - 5 to 9 yrs
Should have worked as HRBP/ Sales HR
Principal Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all the HR activities
- Work closely with regional heads and business head to support Target, rewards and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team
- Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre planned reach Out activities at regular intervals
- Ensure & facilitate sales processes like monthly scheduling of meetings, conducting monthly reviews, facilitating communication between head office and field sales team
- Participate in PMS process by actively working with sales team towards goal setting, career pathing and constantly engaging with all stake holders.
- Responsible for employee engagement, survey, induction and other HR matters
- Regular update on sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to sales team.
- Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
