Sales organizations need core, HR disciplines to align talent with the go-to-market strategy, assess opportunities for increased motivation, and identify barriers of productivity. HR has a very relevant, hands-on, data-driven role in contributing to sales force effectiveness.
Responsibilities :
- By developing a deep understanding of the Sales department and corporate business goals, aligns Recruitment , HR strategies, programs, and resources to achieve desired results.
- Provide direction, guidance and coaching to existing & new employees .
- Identify development and training needs of the Sales Team and design programs and initiatives to support career growth and opportunities.
- Closely partner with the internal Talent Acquisition Team, develop strategic workforce plans and support the execution of those plans.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Coach managers to be effective leaders.
- Work with Finance and Compensation partners to establish and recommend budgets for job offers, promotions and transfers.
- Adapt and promote best-in-class practices, foster collaboration across branches, ensure smooth implementation of HR solutions and build the overall capacity of the organization.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA with minimum 5 yrs working experience
- From Mumbai only preferred
- Open to Industry .
