Manager - Sales HR/HR Business Partner - Pharma

Our client is a very large Pharma MNC, headquartered in Mumbai and operations across the Globe.

They wish to hire an HR Business partner for Sales and marketing function for one of the SBUs India.

The incumbent would provide HR leadership and would be managing End-End employee life cycle, Career development initiatives, Sales Engagement programs, Development Centers, Manpower management and Budgeting, Recruitment, Attrition and MIS for the Sales and Commercial operations in India.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA HR from any of the premier institutes with 4-6 years post qualification experience in an organisation of repute.

- Must have handled HR operations for a large sales set up and also experience in a PLANT /UNIT/Unionised set up.

- Experience in Strong process oriented organisations, having partnered closely with Sales, managing their development, annual processes, succession planning, conflicts with ease.
