Our client is a premium Business house into diversifed products .

This role is for their Dairy /FMCFG arm based out of Hyderabad

MBA HR from XLRI/TISS/SIBM/XIBM/IIM/JBI/SPJMR/NMIMS

- The candidate should be willing to travel extensively, a short experience in sales stint is a plus. Should be able to understand both strategic & operational imperatives

- Conceptualize & operationalize in a timely manner.

The role with assisting the respective business streams within the company in following areas :

- Planning hiring

- Induction

- Training

- Business monitoring
