The Sales HR Manager is a client facing role within HR, responsible for the HR Generalist & Business Partnering activities across Sales Team within assigned geographies
- End to end HR responsibilities for direct and the indirect staff for one/ two regions
- Drive People Agenda in sales team and drive talent, capability and other people interventions in the region
Sales HR strategy : Involved in shaping the HR strategy for the sales functions with inputs from the business leaders and geographies
Business Engagement : Strong understanding of the business and people challenges. Provide solutions to people challenges.
Employee Engagement : Be in touch with employees in assigned geographies. Understand the pulse of the organization and devise interventions to build engagement with the team
Talent Management : Facilitate in identifying talent amongst on-roll and off-roll team and help in career progression and/or talent management initiatives.
Corporate HR Projects : Actively involved in the execution of Corporate HR projects
Sales HR projects : Work on designing and executing the Sales HR agenda by taking ownership for specific initiatives across the sales team
- Build a strong understanding and reinforcement of HR processes amongst the field sales team. Rollout new processes where required
- Performance Management & Development, Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.
- Facilitating in Identifying training needs for the Sales team & in executing training calendar for the entire sales team through internal and external resources
- Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on their productivity and effectiveness for direct & indirect employees.
- Ensure legal compliance for the region
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS :
- Willingness to travel within India
- Role requires extensive travel
Institutes preferred : SIMS/ MHROD/ LIBA/ XISS/ XIMB/TAPMI/ Tier I Institutes
