This role will :
- Act as an HR Lead for the Zone
- Be the HR Generalist - responsible for all HR activities in the zone, and work closely with respective zonal team as well as HR team at Head Office
- Have good mix of operational HR along with opportunity to design and deliver HR Processes, employee interventions, and training modules
- Lead in rolling out national HR initiatives in the respective zone as well as work with the Commercial HR Lead for specific project assignments - to be rolled out nationally across the India Commercial Team team

Desired Profile:
- Post-graduate business degree/MBA from Tier I institute with 5 - 8 years of HR experience
- Experience as Business HR will be preferable
- Handled approx. 150-200 employee strength
- Sales HR experience is a must
