We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with a focus on supporting sales functions.
The position is based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to understand business objectives and align HR strategies to drive performance.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Partner with the recruitment team to attract, select, and onboard top-tier sales talent.
- Implement strategies for talent retention, development, and succession planning.
Performance Management:
- Drive the performance management process for the sales function.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment within the sales team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Work closely with the compensation team to design and implement sales incentive programs.
- Provide recommendations on salary adjustments and benefits packages.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and work with L&D to implement programs.
- Foster a continuous learning culture within the sales team.
HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs within the sales function.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting sales functions.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
