Position : Manager(Home Health)

Role & Responsibilities:

1.Putting in place a process and protocol for

a.scheduling of visits

b.Ensuring timeliness of the visits

c.Ensuring patient details are created in the HMS

d.Ensuring high NPS post the visits

e.Follow-up mechanism on prescription

f.Follow-up on the sales of as per prescription

g.Timely maintenance of the equipment

h.Fall back procedures in the event of employee leave etc.

2.Delivering on the plan objectives consistently

3.Designing programs to drive up effectiveness and appointments

4.Designing training programs for skill enhancement

5.Designing protocols for conduct at home environment
