Responsibilities :
Planning :
- Monthly/quarterly sales forecast to NSM/BUM to facilitate sales forecasting and planning
- Planning for resource allocation in his territory to achieve goals
- Quarterly activation plan for the region
- Plan coaching sessions with team
Execution :
- Deliver primary sales targets and SGP goals month on month
- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts and SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Manage costs by devising optimum account coverage plans and expenses of team members
- Working closely with various sales channel heads (Govt., Corporate accounts) for tenders and price contracts
- Review and manage team performance through SFE, coaching and providing developmental inputs
- Managing smooth recruitment, on boarding and exit of team members
- Working closely with commercial training team on executing various training programs and provide inputs on timely basis, to develop such programs
- Coach and monitor team on Ethics and Compliance
- Execute P5 and GTM by closely working with the marketing team
