Position : Manager Sales
Preferred Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA
Reports To : Branch Head
Position Supervises : Sales Executives/Asst Manager
The candidates should have a minimum experience of 3-4 years
Major Responsibilities would be :
- To promote Sales of Vehicle Tracking Solutions and other products to defined Key Segments
- Monitoring of Logistics & Deliveries pertaining to specific accounts / customers
- Responsible for achieving monthly and annual targets and make the team perform
- To ensure timely execution & collection of payments from time to time
- Handling routine Sales related correspondence with sales team support
- Co-ordination with Service Team on a regular basis
- Responsible for customer retention
- Corporate Account Management & New Business Development
Should have the ability to :
- Identify potential customers in the relevant segments (e.g. BPO /Call Centers, Fleet Owners schools, Employee End to End Transportation and Trucking Industry)
- Cold Calling
- Understand requirements and pitch our solutions
- Close orders
- Ensure timely collection
Skills :
- Ability to interact with people across the hierarchy in an organization
- Ability to present our solution at various levels
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- MS Office
- Computer Knowledge
- Ability to grasp technology (for product related features and technical details)
- Confidence / perseverance / pleasing personality
Exposure of selling to the fleet owners segment would be an added advantage.

Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
