Role Name - Sales Manager  Role Description - To generate sales from HNIs, hospitality & luxury retail customers for Business  Role purpose -To improve brand visibility and awareness of value added sales, achieve sales, collection and realization   Improvement of overall reach and spread with better penetration in influencers segment.  Sales Planning :   - Plan to achieve sales target from new customers as well as from existing customers  - Target new geographies / territories within company's target market  - Target GP margins as per company target  - Target payments as per company defined payment norms  - Target customer satisfaction score [NPS] as per company target   Sales Execution :   - Meet Architects, Interior designers, visit project sites and potential clients in a planned manner  - Ensure geographical mapping of identified location to cover all customers in the identified location  - Organize architect meets and exhibitions to have a common ground of interaction and knowledge sharing with customers  - Use of new age technology to educate customers [like VR devices, videos, mobile app. etc.]  - Upgrade knowledge on existing as well new products   - Mapping competitors for development of new products, prices & services  - Improve the enquiry to order conversion levels  - Improve the average ticket size value  - Keep abreast with the market trends - products, technology, competition etc.   Bills receivables :   - Ensure adherence to company credit policy while taking orders  - Ensure collection of payments and statutory forms from customers as per timelines defined by the company  - Ensure redressal of issues, if any, with customers without any loss to the company   Reporting :   - Ensure preparation & submission of sales MIS as per defined frequency [DSR, DCR, Sales trackers, marketing leads status, architects reach out status, sales of new products etc.]  - Ensure reporting of market trends including competitor activities   - Monitor and report target v/s actual - sales, BR, GP% etc.   REQUIREMENTS :   Knowledge & Skills :   - Marketing knowledge in construction & building material industry.  - Institutional sales knowledge, accounting.
