Job Description - The job responsibility of the position is to manage sales in GT for North India. The position will hold responsible for managing distributors, teams and market strategy for regional sales

Client Details: Our client is an MNC in the FMCG world and a leader in the products they own. They are currently expanding in the market and hiring for a Sales Manager for North India.

Description:

The incumbent would report into the sales head and be responsible to:

- Ensure stakeholder management and effective engagement

- Manage channel spend efficiently

- Lead and groom the team- on-role and off-role

- Analyse business parameters & results; ensuring a standard reporting / dashboard and making recommendations for betterment, in continuity

- Ensuring effective engagement of all by ensuring healthy ROI, inventory and cash management

- Controlling & monitoring discounts and channel margins; ensuring credit and commercial control

- Steering the business towards a more process-driven & less people-dependent direction
Profile:

- An MBA from a reputed institution (Batch-2017/2018 preferred)

- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 3 years in leadership role

- Entrepreneurial character with strong people management, communication and

organisational skills
