Designation: Sales force Automation - Manager

Reports to: Commercial & Sales Excellence Head
Location: IBFC, Mumbai
Role purpose: To administer and maintain SFA features, enhancements, and applications to deliver business growth & governance for all segments in VBS. Drive SF as a change management tool to drive Solution Selling approach.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Collaborate with VBS Heads, Segment Leadership Team to define, prioritize and implement the business processes using Sales force, and integrate SF with business
- Manage all new user set-ups and deactivation, including ongoing support requests, administrative needs of users and executing configuration changes.
- Create and maintain technical and business documentation and training materials
- Build Training modules to build capability among Sales Team members for effective utilisation of SF. Also define, communicate, and implement new features and functionality
- Periodical reports to VBS Heads, Segment Heads to monitor OB targets, achievement to ensure SF process as a method of selling
- Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required

- Weekly Reports & Dashboards
- OB Analysis & weekly inputs to Segment Team
- Opportunity Analysis & Customer mapping reports
