Urgent opening with one of the MNC into Chemical & Adhesive for Sales Manager Footwear - East

Designation : Sales Manager Footwear - East

Location : Kolkata

Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience : 10 - 18 Years

Job Description :

1. Achieves sales objectives on top line and bottom line as per budget set.

2. Close view on the SNOP process, demand planning keeping in view the primary/secondary demand by the market.

3. Provide post sales (TS) service. Ensure the customer complaints are met and closed with proper RCAs, documented and shared.

4. Extensive usage of CRM tools to keep abreast of the business development, product development pipeline.

5. Maintains and expands customer base in primary and secondary; build strong connect with customers and the equipment manufacturers.

6. Bring in regular market insights on new product introduction, Keep the R & D team abreast on the changing environment of competition on product dynamics.

7. Attend or represent the trade fairs and conferences as necessary.

8. Responsible for trade receivables, and control product margins as per profitability goals set for the financial year. Regular account reconciliation along with distributor books.

9. Drive in strong bent of value selling, create a brand image for Cos being differentiated player in the market.
