- Meeting West Region sales value and distribution objective to meet the annual turnover of aroun 110 cr business.

- Managing the stockist network of more than 250 stockists in the zone with major metro cities

- Managing the stockist network of more than 300 Stockists in the zone with three metro cities

- Building infrastructure, enhancing distribution and rural penetration

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes in General Trade

- Taking Distribution Drives to improve the retail coverage and improve market shares

- Crafting innovative trade promotions to improve the distribution width and depth

- Liasioning with Marketing, trade promotion, commercial and Supply Chain department for smooth administration of the business.

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
