Opening for Sales Manager - South India - Regional Role with the Largest FMCG multinational company for Chennai location.
Looking for 2008-11 Premier B-school pass outs (IIM's, XLRI, FMS, MDI, TISS, Symbiosis, IMT, NMIMS, SP Jain, ICFAI), Currently working as an ASM/RSM/ZSM with a FMCG company, Should have handled foods category.
- Lead the Foods businesses for South India.
- Manage a Team & Strategize GTM mechanism & Establish Distribution for foods in the region.
- Establish and develop key Performance indices and coach the Sales team to build capability to leverage synergies of the foods to build high scale distributor partners.
- Recognize market forces and competitor Strategies, develop Brand/Channel specific plans to achieve AOP Targets for the region.
- Improve Net Distribution, Weighted Distribution and Share among consumers to gain overall market share in the category
- Address channel partner stability related issues by evolving alternate GTM mechanisms and tracking distributor ROI
- Drive corporate / regional marketing agenda within the region, understanding the financial impact of promotions in the region.
- Optimize operations and implement control measures related to inventory and Delivery planning, Trade margins, Damages and Staffing.
- Partner with HR to recruit, Assess capability, provide feedback and recognition to the team to ensure adequate skills and performance.
