Job Responsibility:-
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the region
- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.
- Facilitate the growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM
- Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.
Requirements-
- Experience 8-12 years in FMCG domain
- Experience of AP/TN must
- Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
- Should be handling ASM/Sr. ASM
- Smart Knowledge of a particular area with good brand only
- Should be open for traveling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills
