Manager - Sales - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Develop and manage key customer accounts, understand customer needs through regular customer visits to ensure customer value is achieved
2. Grow and develop company's customer base to increase business opportunity
3. Put together a plan to leverage existing and future business opportunities
4. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
5. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
6. Periodically resolve key client issues and complaints
7. Collaborating with relevant internal cross functional teams to ensure key client's needs are met.
8. Ensure accuracy of forecast by using key account metrics.
9. Monitor and report market information to present to key stakeholders
10. Participate in tender negotiations with key clients
11. Ensure Full Compliance of the EHS Requirement in the area under control and provide appropriate EHS reports
