Job Requirement :

Note: Candidates from "B School Graduates" should have min-3 Years Experience & None "B Schools Graduates should have min 7+Years experience

- Overall Business Planning for assigned territory / area / state.

- Strong at Modern Trade, Private label brands sales through Super-bazaar, Multi brands Outlets etc.

- Negotiating, launching, placement of products with MRF

- Achievement of planned distribution and sales targets.

- Ensure Availability of all product categories at Modern Format stores.

- Plan out various offers / schemes to boost sales.

- Ensure timely claim settlements of TOT and all direct key accounts.

- Ensure timely payments from all direct key accounts as per approved norms.

- Tracking promoters working

- Building consumer connects.

- MIS & Tracking of competitor activities.

- Build strong rapport with key accounts.

- Budgeting in terms of Annual Volume / Value / Administrative and Manpower.

- Explore new business opportunities.
