Job Responsibilities : - To take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire MP &amp; Chattisgarh region and development of distribution channel. - Driving product sales through traditional sales and modern trade - Leading the growth of the brand and ensure delivery of Annual Operation Plan (AOP) - Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution and product reach - Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources - Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of sales management, dealer development, customer retention. - Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition. - Facilitate compliance with corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communications. Essential : a. Candidates from Food /Beverage industry preffered candidates from FMCG background would be second priority. b. Candidates should have handled the MP &amp; Chhattisgarh region in past assignments c. Should have handled revenue of worth Rs 100-150 crores per annum in past assignments
