Age - upto 45 yrs
Candidate must be currently handling team of ASM.
Must have work experience of Western UP
Meeting sales target & Achieve the sales objective discussed and set for his area with a team of ASM's & Sales Officer's.
Break down regional objectives into area wise objectives.
Identify and recruit the manpower required to man the area.
Control the sales team reporting to him to achieve the KRA's allocate to each member.
Business development through relationship building with regional teams of retail clients.
Strategies and implement distribution infrastructure & Implement distribution extension programs
Strategies various routes of expanding distribution.
Present plans and obtain approval.
Implement & monitor results.
Designing and execution of sales promotional activities Implement local promotional efforts
Co-ordinate with marketing department to formulate various local activities in his region.
Allocate resources required to implement the local activities.
Monitor results.
Manpower-Recruitment & Retention - Availability of quality manpower in right time, retention of team.
Self Development Individual alignment with organizational objective Aiming towards fulfilling the best norms of the identified competencies.
Development of Team Filling up one step up Vacancies within the organization Achieve Training Mandays and tracking & managing high potential candidates.
