Sales Manager - BFSI
Our client is a Fintech company which is in a business of micro lending solution for various products. In its entirety, it functions as an integrated Loan Origination, Aggregation & Decisioning System.
They currently seek to hire a Sales Manager to manage their 2 core software.
KRAs of the role :
- To manage the entire sales process in order to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- To develop the pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- To create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s)
Ideal candidate should have :
- Strategic account planning and execution skills.
- A proven track record of selling to C-Level and across both IT and business units to customers.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
- Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform.
- Driving and closing enterprise deals Enterprise Customers in BFSI space.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Passion and commitment for customer success.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Experience :
- Successfully sold into large Enterprise companies.
- Experienced selling CRM, ERP, or similar any other business solution.
- Post Graduate Degree (preferred)
