JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: DELHI NCR

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Candidate must have a BBA in Sales & Marketing. An MBA would be an added advantage.

ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Facility Management and hospitality industry.

- Develop new business relationships, and generate and identify new contracts for the Facility Management & Hospitality vertical.

- Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals.

- Conduct site surveys along with the operations team.

- Must be capable of analyzing the latest market trends across the industry to develop sales strategies and sustain the existing ones.

- Strong Networking with local clients in the Region

- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing large-value deals with B2B clients.

- Strong team bonding skills.
