Looking Candiates for "Manager - Sales Excellence" position with one of our leading client into FMCG/Food Industry.

Incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall sales operations, Sales Automation, Sales Development, Trade Marketing and sales capability.

1. Plan, create, and oversee the execution of a sales and distribution blueprint that includes new towns, outlet expansion, and frontline manpower mapping.

2. Strive to improve field force performance and sales capability building.

3. Track and enhance productivity metrics, such as Effective Coverage, Productive Calls, and Daily Lines, by utilizing Sales Force Automation (SFA).

4. Go To Market- Design & Execute go to market strategy, new town strategy, Market Penetrations, Developing the distribution strategy, Sales and Distribution.

5. Strategy Building - Worked directly with CEO, Director, and investors on business planning, strategy building, market analysis, trade planning, Key trend, Business P&L, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights.

6. Trade Marketing - Design Pan India trade marketing plans for GT, MT, QSR and Horeca Business & Prepare sales Incentive. Manage & Prepare promotion activity for channel level, Category level, Plan Merchandising activities, & Brand promotions

7. Managing central MIS & dashboard for Sales Team, Dispatch report, Collection, Finance & CEO/MD Report.

8. Sales Coordination with PAN India sales team (ZSM, RSM, ASM), Manage Distributor Primary/Secondary Claims, Expiry claim, team expenses, follow-ups.

9. Preparing Business Strategy, Revaluation on Margin structure, Value chain, Price correction, Competition analysis, Business Analysis.

10. Sales Automation - working on SA implementation from initial stage (Bizom SFA & DMS), Discussion, Negotiations, Commercial Finalization, Master data, Demo, Train Sales Team for SFA, Distributor for DMS & prepare MIS, dashboard, report.
