5) Sales Enablement function will act as an integrating role between various sales and marketing areas, including sales operations, training & development, product marketing, content marketing, field marketing and HR
6) Explore possibilities of enhancing productivity from existing business models, suggest changes or modifications or improvements required to achieve the required results
7) Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and processes to and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.
8) Gather daily feedback from the sales team to constantly improve sales support programs.
9) Coordinate with trainers & marketers to ensure effective knowledge transfer
10) End to end monitoring of digital transformation initiatives - Coordinate with internal IT, sales teams and vendors for effective launch and execution of programs
11) Coordinate with sales & marketing to ensure effective lead generation activities required by sales teams
12) Exposure to digital and advanced computer skills
13) Exposure to direct sales and marketing
14) Should be ready to travel extensively
15) Ability to work with people on field and demonstrate leadership
16) Ability to network and influence with people both outside and inside organisation
17) Should have excellent business acumen and analytical skills
18) Deep dive into key channel issues and collate requirements of each channel
