Qualifications:
- Based out of Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate.
- UG or PG. MBA candidates with a specialisation focussed in sales and marketing would be given a preference.
- Experience in selling to higher education sector (colleges/institutes/universities/B-Schools).
- Excellent communication skills and solution-based selling approach. Curious and open-minded towards co-creating and targeting new sub-markets and use-cases.
- Positive attitude to go beyond the call of duty as and when required.
- Team player with an attitude to work towards the larger team and organisational goals.
- High service ethics and a high level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets in assigned region through acquired clients by cold calling, emailing and in-person meetings.
- Research, account mapping, networking and lead generation to support revenue targets.
- Maintain good long term relationships by keeping in touch with all kinds of accounts.
- Relationship Management - up selling & cross selling with all new clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth.
- Updating sales efforts in CRM for weekly reporting.
- Close coordination with cross functional teams to ensure clients' deliverables are met on time.
- Ensure to deliver commitments given to the client by keeping close coordination with the senior team and project executors.
- Experience in acquiring new accounts as well as key account management will be preferred.
