Manager - Sales - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description:

1. The Manager here would be responsible for acquiring new sellers through his team on ground and partners. This is a field sales role and the team leaders as well his/her entire team is expected to be on the field/road acquiring sellers.

2. Background in field sales is mandatory - individual will have to be the kind who enjoys being on the field.

3. The role would require extensive travel in the nearby regions.

4. Develop and plan for bringing in the required selection and execute with urgency to add to sales.

5. Give seller and competitive inputs to internal teams like category, selection product and ops, on-boarding, marketing etc. from time to time for improving internal processes and benchmarks

6. Will be accountable for new sellers added/day - will be a strictly sales oriented role wherein the candidate has to be keep thinking about how he/she will achieve the daily sales number

7. Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment with daily reporting, calls etc.

Desired skill sets and work experience :

1. Overall 1-3 years of experience in field sales preferable

2. Post Graduate is mandatory (Tier 1 College only). Pass out year- 2017/2018

3. Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams with good communication skills

4. Program management skills, relationship management, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail

5. Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team

6. Basic proficiency in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Power point
