We have urgent requirement for Sales Manager with one the leading E-Commerce organization.
Role & Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes for Flock to organizations based out of your city. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Being aggressive in meeting your sales targets and ensuring that your KPIs are met. Candidates who believe they can exceed expectations would be the right fit for this role.
- Implementing and executing sales initiatives conceptualized by the leadership team, make targeted pitches to the prospect customers and modify sales approach depending on the nature of business you are approaching
- Gather business requirements and submit periodical business requirement insight reports to the senior management
- Gather feedback from prospective clients and collate it in the form of a comprehensive report that can be used to improve the usability of the product
- Track and monitor all relevant metrics pertaining to sales activity - for example, lead generation activity, client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc - in the CRM
- Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to your reporting manager and Sales Head - India
- Generate prospective leads for customers in different sectors by participating in relevant events covering different sectors
- Create new relationships within different teams and strengthen the existing relationships, in an organization
- Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space, and implement strategic/tactical plan if need arises
- Track and report Key Performance Indicator data to the Zonal Sales Head
WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE-
- You have a relevant graduate degree. MBA from a premier b-school would be added advantage
- You have 6 years of experience in sales of tech products/services to enterprises
- You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effectively targeted pitches
- You possess the ability to work with aggressive targets, and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock
- You are very hands on and believe in getting things done effectively
- You are aggressive and target oriented
- You have the ability to assess market trends, shape sales strategies and generate ideas for product development
- You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand clients- needs and possess strong strategic mindset
- You possess excellent communication skills, can elucidate goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all departments
- You take great pride in being an excellent networker; and have the capability to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike
