Manager Sales & Distribution strategy and Sales Capability (5-7 yrs)

- One of the largest FMCG MNCs is looking to hire the Sales capability and strategy manager for its Indian operations.

- Incumbent would work with the Head of S&D strategy to build a future ready S&D structure, system and build capability to achieve the organisation's goals.

Candidate profile :

- MBA from a premier B School with adequate experience in Sales (as ASM /ZSM) in a large FMCG company. Must have exposure in General trade in Urban and Rural markets.

- Should have developed a strong distribution network and have a passion for sales & distribution strategy and capability building.

- Must have effectively led a team.
