Manager Sales & Distribution - FMCG

The incumbent should be an MBA from Premiere institutes i.e. IIM (A,B,C,L,K), FMS Delhi, MDI, IIFT, XLRI, JLIBM, NMIMS, IMT Ghaziabad etc. from the pass out batch of 2019 / 2020 / 2021. Should have Sales and Distribution experience in a reputed FMCG Company.

JOB Specs :

- To develop profitable new business and grow existing base by selecting, coaching, training the team .

- To achieve planned volume through optimal use of promotional budget

- To maintain and further consolidate the high share by keeping the competition at bay and driving GTM transition

- To formulate strategy to gain share from brands

- To generate planned volume from rural markets
