Position - Sales Development Manager
Location - Delhi
Reporting to - Marketing Head & Sales Director
Territory Cover - Entire North India
CTC - Depend on current
Experience - 2 Years - 5 Years
Qualification - MBA (Premium or Tier 1 B-School)
Job Profile:
- Sales/Marketing Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets.
- Formulating and implementing promotional plans to enhance market visibility.
- Identifying and exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.
- Business Development identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements and designing of proposals for new business development.
- Analyzing market requirement/ response & direct marketing to major client Maintaining sales records and MIS for facilitating decision making by the management Distribution/ Channel Management Developing and sustaining the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
- Expanding the dealer infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- Monitoring distributor performance & ensure optimum sales/business.
- Handling CFA & efficiently closing sales at CFA.
- Manpower Management Mentoring & motivating the sales force & dealer network across branches.
- Parting training to new recruits to create awareness on product Reviewing & monitoring staff productivity to ensure optimum sales growth
