The position, a regional role is responsible for end-to-end driving of key sales development initiatives.
MBA - 2011/2012/ 2013/ with Top B schools : 3-4 years of experience.
Responsibility :
- Experience as a ASM or Trade marketing or in sales development role.
- Handling all sales development activities for the entire region.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- Handling the GTM strategies and Loyalty programs
- Driving all the distribution networking activities
- Initiate activities on distributor expansion
- Monitor the productivity norms and design programs to improve them
- New Channel development initiatives
- Design Go-to market strategy for key brands
