We are currently looking for a Manager - Sales Coordination, MIS & Analytics for one of the topmost packaged consumer goods Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based at Chennai.

Purpose of role:

As an extension of the Customer Operations team, the individual is responsible for setting up processes for effective running of operations, implementation of Brand & Business initiatives and for capturing and analysing the company's and Competitor's activities in the region, creating action plans and feeding it back to the sales team for implementation. The incumbent is to be the interface between the Marketing and the Sales Function in the region / business.

Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role

- Custodian of Brand/Customer Marketing initiatives within the region.

- Customer Plan Implementation - Identifying gaps and opportunities across the region, analysed well thought out development and implementation of specific responses in collaboration with sales managers; internal communication and co-ordination of the response.

- Drives continuous improvement initiatives in the region - across claims processing, forecast accuracies, etc.

- Drives the customer master data hygiene in the region

- Projects / Sales Development activities for Sales Function - improvements in areas like Account Management, Sales force automation and Database Management for the region etc.

- Roll out and evaluation of all Marketing initiatives across the region.

- Crafting the Regional Strategy and Market development plan with the RGM.

- Analysis of Sales & offtake Trends, competitor information and maintaining an MOP tracker.

- Leads co-ordination of all promotions.

- Transfer of best practices between states in the region and across regions

- Channel Development - Impact of trends in purchase on emerging & current channels of Trade.

- Supports Demand planning for the region.

- Management of Customer's supply chain Interface - Development of short-term forecasts, establishing customer information exchange and management.

Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)

Education : Graduate in any discipline, preferably with MBA from a reputed Institute

Experience and Expertise: Minimum 5-8 years as Sales Support Manager with experience and knowledge in

- Third Party Management and

- Distributor Management and Bazaar Trade

Job Location : Chennai

Salary : Best among the industry (Could Range around Rs.22.0 to 25.0 Lpa)
