Looking for Sales Manager - Commercial Space for a Multinational Real Estate Company in Mumbai.
Require minimum 5 years of Commercial Space sales experience
- Ability to develop &retain long term Business Relationships with brokers
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Enjoys acquiring Knowledge & skills to enhance performance
- Pleasing Personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Visiting Corporates, institutions, retailers for generating demand.
- Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating bulk deals.
- He/She has to define and achieve targets for the region
- Driving and monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
- Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.
- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day to day activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.
- Look after collection & receivable management.
- Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references
- Define the Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism
