We are having very urgent opening for Manager- Sales Commercial for one of the biggest FMCG Company in Mumbai.

Position: Manager - Sales Commercial
Division: Finance & Commercial
Location: Mumbai (Satacruz East)
Qualification: CA (Final) passed all groups in First Attempt (Rank Holder Preferred)/ 2012-13 batch is Preferred.
Experience: 1 Yr+ experience in Sales Commercial/ Sales Accounting Role.
Salary: 12-16 L PA
Key Deliverables:
Process and Controls:
- Ensure excellent processes w.r.t. to commercial/accounting activities at Regional Offices and Depots
- Define SOPs for commercial activities in Regional Offices and Depots
- Act as an interface between 'Regional Commercial team- and various centralized Functions such as Legal, Taxation, Finance, Accounts & Auditing, Treasury, Insurance, IT Support function'
- Audit of Regional commercial function on half yearly basis
- Certification of depots for commercial operations on annual basis by visiting and auditing once every year
Schemes and other cost control :
- Sales, Discount and Marketing variable costs Accounting
- Responsible for accurate and complete sales accounting
- Responsible for accurate and correct accounting of all sales related costs including FOH, distribution costs, secondary discounts, distributor claims, etc for correct monthly profitability of brands through allocation
- Outstanding debtors tracking and management, incl cheques and credit period checks
- Analysis of L&D costs, finding reasons for variances and develop system/policies to minimize the same
- Analysis of S&D related Costs with the objective of Cost Reduction
MIS /Period end Activities:
- Management Reporting for Sales Commercial Function KPIs incl exception MIS monitoring for all Regions
- Monthly closure of Sales related accounting and regular interaction with Corporate Accounts team, Internal and External Auditors
Master Data Management:
- Owner of and maintain accurate Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing and Schemes Master; based on inputs from Sales & Brand Team
Budgeting:
- Budgeting and monitoring of Sales Fixed Overheads including ROs and Depots
- Annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis of Fixed overheads
Projects :
- Implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Projects and implementation of various initiatives
- Responsible for implement Sales related and GRC led IT initiatives
- Minimize collection costs by implementing improved and new Banking systems
- Upcoming GST led changes and automation of RO processes
