RPO/BPO Sales/ Business Development Manager

Job Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary: INR 12L - 18L PA + Sales Commission

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identifying and establishing client relationships to optimize the strategic RPO sales and growth plan.

- Drive revenue by soliciting and winning new RPO business and expanding to capture unrealized revenue opportunities with our existing clients.

- Develops and executes an outbound prospecting plan to targeted companies

- Manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously

- Creates short- and long-term action plans that support client strategies and organizational culture

- Manage long sales cycles requiring strategic follow-up with prospects to maintain ongoing relationships

- Assess client's business needs, vision, and goals; aligns the RPO talent acquisition solutions with the client's business direction

- Interpret client requirements and articulate optimal and comprehensive solution recommendations, to meet client-specific objectives.

- Assist with, and lead as directed, sales related activities to include virtual and in-person client presentations, proposal development and follow-up.

- Develop & maintains Revenue Plan

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business or other related major

- 10+ years of overall Sales / Business Development Management of RPO/BPO / Consulting experience is required.

- Strong commercial skill-set with a demonstrated track record of performance in consultative selling.

- Must have a strong B2B Sales experience.

- Must have hands on experience in P & L management.

- Understanding of RPO requirements in specific market segments, including Retail, Travel, Banks, Financial Services and Government.

- Strong skills in the areas of business turnaround, value creation, customer management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
