The Manager (Sales & Business Development) will be joining the Anzy's rapidly expanding team and will be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders both locally and globally. You will be responsible in driving new business opportunities for Anzy's services and offerings both for the Indian and Global markets and grow our client base in this region. The incumbent will also support prospective and existing clients and grow our customer base and revenue.
- Build and scale offerings of our services for current and existing clientele.
- Make sure that we set highly ambitious sales targets and that we reach them.
- Strive to build world-class customer satisfaction and 100% repeat business.
- Be part of leadership team in developing and executing our growth strategy.
- Drive solution strategy & create win themes mapped to customer business requirements (in collaboration with delivery teams)
- Prepare winning proposals that meet customer needs with attractive value propositions.
- Negotiate at times when required.
Relevant Skills & Expertise :
- Research new business avenues and potential customers
- 6 to 10 Years of experience in Sales & Business development function of SaaS, Technology or Startup companies with highly energetic environment.
- Data driven and great communication and interpersonal skills.
